8c. Red Cabbage (Thinly Sliced)
1/2c. Italian Parsley (Chopped)
2Tbl. Cappers (Drained)
2Tbl. Olive Oil
2Tbl. Red Wine Vinegar
2Tbl. Water
1Tbl. Garlic (Minced)

Combine first 3 ingredients in large bowl. Whisk oil, vinegar, water and garlic in small bowl. Add cabbage mixture and toss to blend. Season with Morton’s Lite Salt and Pepper to taste.
