Casey ConradDr. Kevin Steele

Dr. Kevin Steele has been in the health and fitness industry for over 25 years. He has held various Education, Research and Corporate Health Services positions with three of the fitness industries largest and leading club chains. He now consults with health clubs and organizations worldwide.

He is a member of the American Medical Athletic Association, American College of Sports Medicine and is a chair for the National Academy of Sports Medicine’s Medical/Scientific Advisory Board.

Dr. Steele earned his BS in Sports Medicine and Physical Education from Pepperdine University and his PhD in Exercise Physiology with a sub-specialty in Nutrition from Columbia University, returning to Pepperdine as a faculty member in Physical Education and Sports Medicine.


Casey ConradDr. Dennis Jones

Dr. Dennis Jones is a nutritionist and pharmacognosist in South Burlington, Vermont, where he currently is Vice President, Scientific Affairs, of Bariatrix Nutrition (a company that designs, develops and manufactures nutritional products) and of Somalabs (a company that creates innovative Dietary Supplements based on pharmacognostical principles)

After studying Medical Sciences with a specialty in Pathology, Dr. Jones earned his Doctorate in Nutritional Pathology and Histochemistry from the University of Cambridge in England. Upon graduation, he was offered a teaching position and taught Nutrition and Food Chemistry for 5 years. During that time, he also conducted research studies and helped to establish one of the first Nutrition courses for Medical Students at Cambridge.

He subsequently worked as a Director of Research for pharmaceutical companies in Holland, France and Canada, and was Executive Director of a Food Engineering Research Institute in Canada for 4 years.

Dr. Jones has also served on three Canadian Government Expert Committees: Human Nutrition, Plant Products, and the Canada Committee on Food. He also acted as research consultant to several food and pharmaceutical companies before joining the Bariatrix group full-time.


Casey ConradMarcie Millar

Marcie Millar earned her BS in Dietetics from the University of Rhode Island, her ADA Professional Practice Certificate from St. Luke’s Hospital of New Bedford, MA and is a graduate of Foundations in Herbal Medicine. She has been a clinical dietician for Women & Infants Hospital, Roger Williams Medical Center, Landmark Medical Center and Coastal Medical, Inc. Ms. Millar owns her own dietetic consulting firm, Vitamin Smart, where she applies a unique mixture of traditional and alternative therapies. She is a member of The American Dietetic Association, The ADA Nutrition in Complimentary Care Dietetic Practice Group, The American Nutraceutical Association and The American Herbalist Guild.
