Before: I worked out 4 days a week for a few years but my weight didn’t go down. One of my trainers started the program and dropped the weight easily and when I looked at the foods it seemed like an excellent choice. I started the diet and never felt hungry. I liked the fact it’s all based on foods from your local grocery store. I didn’t want to join a program that you had to purchase pre-packed food.
What inspires you to continue with the lifestyle? I feel so much better plus my energy level with exercise remains high, I’m rarely tired, my family and friends say I’m like the energizer bunny "always goin".
How did Take It Off help you? I look and feel better then I have in years. I have lost 35 lbs. and dropped 3 sizes. I have kept the weight off for a year. I donated my clothes before weight loss to Salvation Army I don’t plan on adding any of the weight back on.
Confession: I will confess I do partake in desserts and other foods now and then but I watch the amount I eat, I drink lots of water and will walk if I’ve over done it that day. I’ve learned to read labels and my biggest concern is the sodium and sugars I take in, I attribute my success to managing sodium and sugar. I really really like the choc chip protein bars, they taste like a candy bar to me so it takes care of my chocolate craving.
