I have been on different weight loss programs in the past and know the basics to weight loss- drink lots of water, exercise and journal everything you eat, but I needed something different.
I kept noticing the advertising for Take it Off Weight Loss and thought I would give it a try.  I started Sept.6, 2007 and lost 20 pounds and 13 + inches by February 2008. (Had a trip to Las Vegas and Mexico)

It was an amazing experience to be coached and I looked so forward to weighing in. I learned to eat the right foods (for the most part) at the right time of the day. It was very important for me to journal everything I was putting in my mouth. I had to be accountable. I was also determined to workout as often as possible and now it is 5-7 days a week. I don’t feel working out is a chore but it is my time for me. Some days I push myself to go to the gym but I feel so good when I’m done.

Take It Off Weight Loss Program is not a diet but a learning experience in how and when to eat the foods we eat. Being on this weight loss program has made me feel better, look good, and I gained confidence. I went from size 12-14 to size 8 (some 6).

The best part of the program is the protein bars-yogurt crunch in the morning and chocolate crunch in the afternoon (satisfies the sweet cravings).

My goal was to lose the 20 pounds by the time we took our trip to Mexico in January 2008. I lost 18 pounds and felt great. I had no problem putting on a bathing suit and walking to the pool. What an amazing feeling.
