½ C. cooked linguini

1 C. raw asparagus, chopped

3 scallions, chopped

½ tomato, chopped

1 tsp. olive oil

1 tsp. lemon juice

Lite salt

1 oz. lite cheese, grated
Saute, scallions, garlic, asparagus and tomato until tender-add all other ingredients, except cheese, toss with linguine. Sprinkle with lite cheese. Can be served chilled in the summer
