Eating Yogurt Helps Slim You Down

A recent study of 3,000 women has shown that eating yogurt daily helps slim you down. The women that ate the yogurt on a daily basis had a 15 percent lower BMI than those who didn’t.
They also consistently reached their daily-recommended amount of calcium and vitamin D intake. When choosing your yogurt you want the serving size to be 6 ounces and sugar should be less than 14 grams. Some favorites of Take It Off are Yoplait non-fat-light, Dannon Lite and Fit and Breyers Light.
