Welcome to the Take It Off Weight Loss program

Take It Off is a weight loss program incorporates healthy eating, regular exercise and one-on-one coaching to create long-term results. Participants utilize grocery store foods and simple, quick recipes to make food preparation easy yet flavorful.

The 12-week program is offered at licensed health club locations throughout North America. Participants who follow the program can lose up to 25 lbs. during the 12-weeks.

Certified Take It Off Coaches provide one-on-one coaching to participants throughout their program to keep them motivated and on-track. For those wanting to lose more weight than can be obtained during the 12-week program re-enrollment in a second term is encouraged.

Who Is Take It Off?

The success of the Take It Off Program is founded on one thing; client success. We know that participants want the immediate gratification of watching the scale go down but that they also need a program that creates long-term weight loss. The Take It Off Program accomplishes both short and long-term weight loss by following three specific philosophies:

1. Sensible Eating

Sensible eating is knowing what to eat, how much to eat and when our body needs it most. Take It Off does what few programs do…it empowers you by teaching the “why”.

2. Regular Exercise

Regular exercise is something other weight loss programs tell you to do. Take It Off goes further by teaching you what exercises are most beneficial to your weight loss success and gives you a place to do it.

3. Lifestyle Changes

Lifestyle changes are a part of the one-on-one coaching sessions. You don’t read about them, talk over the phone with someone you’re never going to meet in person or sit in a group. You will get the attention you deserve with a personal coach who is there every step of the way.

Dennis Kotnour is the National Program Director and co-owner of the Take It Off weight loss program. Having spent the past 13 years as the owner and operator of his own licensed weight loss program, Dennis brings a wealth of hands-on experience to the licensees and weight loss coaches he mentors including: One-on-one weight loss coaching, team training, promotions, product integration, sales, member retention, marketing, program pricing, and financial projections and goal-setting. Dennis graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire with a BS in Business Administration and is married with 4 children.
Jasper Dayton
Jasper DaytonMarketing Director
Jasper Dayton is the Marketing Director and co-owner of the Take It Off weight loss program. Having spent the past 16 years as the owner and operator of her own branding and marketing company, Jasper brings a wealth of hands-on experience to the licensees on how to attract and retain more members and employees by using branding and marketing strategies that work as hard as the licensee. Jasper specializes in developing branding messages by creating corporate identity systems, website designs, advertising campaigns for all media types including strategic integrated social media campaigns that help fitness and wellness companies attract, inform, engage and nurture their customers. This allows companies to convert their prospects into profitable long term customers that love their services or products. Jasper has taught hundreds of companies how to create, develop and improve their existing brands.
