2 Slices Bacon (Cut in Half)
2 Green Onions (Chopped)
2 Cans (6 ½ oz. each) Minced clams (Drained /Reserve Juice)
2 Medium Potatoes (Diced)
2 Cups Skim Milk
Dash of Pepper

Cook bacon and onion until bacon is crisp. Add enough water to reserved clam juice, potatoes, and pepper into onion mixture. Heat to boil, reduce heat to medium/low, cover and cook for 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Stir in skim milk. Reheat, but do not boil.
