Perfect fall dish.


  • 6 oz. Boneless Chicken Breast (Skin Removed)
  • 1 Large Onion (Chopped)
  • 4 Large Garlic Cloves (Minced)
  • 1 28 oz. Can Crushed Tomatoes with Added Puree
  • 2 tbl. Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tsp. Ground Cumin
  • 4 Dashes Tabasco
  • ¼ Cup Chopped Parsley
  • 3 tbl. Chopped Cilantro
  • Pam Non-Stick Spray

Spray large skillet with Pam. Add Chicken and cook until brown on both sides. Transfer to platter. Sauté onion and garlic until onion is translucent then add remaining ingredients and bring mixture to a boil. Return chicken to skillet. Mix parsley and cilantro and sprinkle over chicken. Season with lite salt and pepper and cover. Simmer about 20 minutes.
