Perfect fall dish.
3 Barlett, Anjou or Comice Pears (Cored & Sliced)
1 tbl. Light Brown Sugar (Firmly Packed)
1 tbl. Almonds (Sliced)
½ Cup Nonfat Vanilla Yogurt
Pam Non-Stick Cooking Spray
Preheat broiler. Spray shallow brawler proof dish with Pam. Arrange pears in slightly overlapping rows or concentric circles in prepared dish. Sprinkle pears with brown sugar and broil pears 6” from heat until sugar melts and pears begin to brown (Watch closely to prevent burning)… about 4 minutes. Sprinkle pears with almonds; broil just until almonds are golden (About 30 seconds). Serve warm, top with yogurt.
